Tongliao Huomei Hengda Aluminum Powder Co., Ltd. is an aluminum post-processing enterprise in Huolingole Industrial Park, mainly producing atomized aluminum powder and high-end aluminum alloy rods and other aluminum post-processing products. The company adopts advanced air atomization technology from abroad to effectively control the chemical composition of aluminum and alloys. It directly atomizes aluminum into powder using electrolytic aluminum liquid. Its products are well formed, highly active, and have superior performance and quality among similar products. The products are exported to the Central Plains and Northeast markets. Wang Shi, Deputy General Manager of Tongliao Huomei Evergrande Aluminum Powder Co., Ltd., told reporters: "Currently, the annual production of aluminum powder has reached 10000 tons, and the aluminum rod has reached 45000 to 50000 tons. The aluminum powder market is mainly concentrated in the Central Plains region, which is used for refractory materials, chemical additives, and a new type of material for civilian heating bags.
In the industrial park, Evergrande aluminum powder is no more than two kilometers away from several electrolytic aluminum production enterprises, such as Huomei Hongjun Aluminum Power Co., Ltd. and Jinlian Aluminum Materials Co., Ltd. Our city actively coordinates the electrolytic aluminum production enterprises and aluminum reprocessing enterprises to carry out the "direct aluminum supply" mode, and the price per ton of aluminum can be reduced by 300 yuan. This mode enables aluminum reprocessing enterprises such as Evergrande aluminum powder to not only reduce production costs, but also improve production efficiency. Wang Shi told reporters, "On the first hand, it is more cost-effective. On the second hand, we have reduced the smelting process, and the aluminum water obtained can be directly used for production without the need to convert aluminum ingots and waste natural gas. On the third hand, it can improve production efficiency. When the aluminum water comes, we can directly convert it into production capacity.
In recent years, our city has adopted the direct supply of aluminum water to develop the aluminum post-processing industry, and has initially formed several industrial clusters centered on the energy industry, including coal-fired power grid aluminum processing, industrial supporting facilities, and comprehensive resource utilization. We have created a relatively complete circular economy industrial chain for coal-fired power aluminum, and gathered a group of enterprises with high industrial concentration, advanced technological equipment level, and high industrial level. At present, the on-site conversion rate of primary aluminum has reached 90%, with more than 120 varieties including aluminum foil, strip, profile, wheel hub, etc., forming an industrial pattern supported by intermediate products and led by advanced products.
